maoism is not the real problem for Nepal. the real problem is we are india-locked. as soon as india does not treat nepal as an equal, the problems of nepal are there to stay for long. What Maoists can do for nepal is to prove/ and 'persuade' india to go away from Nepal. In any case, India's problems are increasing without the Nepal issue. Regards Himal, Boston
