The Monarchy has been exploiting the people of Nepal. The archaic institution of Monarchy is the root cause of the Sufferings of Nepalese people. If you want to see good for people of Nepal, help Nepal become a Republic. For all democratic nations, it is a shame to support a feudal monarchy against the republican democratic forces. Hydra

What "republican" forces in Nepal? Seriously, I am 100% in favor for a democratic government in Nepal, and sincerly hope you acheive one, but after looking at the current mix of forces in Nepal I can't seem to find one that advocates true democracy. NewGuy

The Nepali Congress has split into 2 parties de facto! One of the factions will definitely go Republican. Inside CPN UML, there must also be Republican Forces. Monarchy has lost all popular support. How can it continue for long with External Support only? It is wise for West to understand this ground reality and talk to real stakeholders facing real issues. Monarchy has become irrelevant for Nepal. Hydra from Almaty

when will u idiot people get out of ur illusion or rather delusion. stop having all these wishful thinking about a republican state and what not. u have very short life now before rna kicks asses of all of u and soon u will see ur demise so stop thinking irrationally. there are still people like me in the country who support monarch and for that matter any democratically elected govt. and not people like u who force others to agree with u on the barrel of gun. so stop thinking about external forces supporting them there still lot more inside support than u could ever imagine with ur irrational and idiot mind.
