There are plenty of instances of conversion from Islam to Hinduism, I provide one prominent example below:.

On pages 23-25 it states that because of Caitanya's influence large scale conversions to Hinduism took place at the end of the eighteenth  and beginning of nineteenth century

 

Hinduism is not expansionist by nature....hindu's do not strive to convert as many people to their religion as possible. Islam and christianity on the other hand are expansionist and so they are at the verge of a "another" major conflict. Adopting hinduism is a matter of personal choice rather than being either forced (islam) or lured (christianity) into conversion.

Yesterday, the BBC reported a 18 yr old Muslim girl in England went to India to marry her 21 yr old Hindu boyfriend, whom she met on the internet, and married him.

 

The photo showed the girl and the boy with garlands. Neither the boy chose leave Hindu faith nor the girl chose to become a Hindu, though the wedding was solemnised in a generic Hindu style, which is impossible in islam.

 

The girl's father in England(last name Gaur) was highly distraught, and exploded in no uncertain terms. The mother of the girl wanted the boy to convert to islam save himself and the marriage and the girl!

 

Thank goodness and fairplay, the boy and the girl chose to live in India, after getting married

Perhaps there's another reason you don't hear of a lot of Muslims converting to much else - that in some countries its a death sentence - if not by law then by practice. In other words, you can convert to Islam by force or choice, but cannot convert out of Islam.

 

Perhaps the ancient text quoted by the Pope was right when it mentioned "Islam was spread by the sword".

 

Nonetheless, even I find it interesting that few Muslims convert to Hinduism. Would be fascinating to study this.

I am a fan of your website and enjoy all the articles written by FFI writers. Yesterday I decided to write you my story and would be very thankful if you could post my story on your website. I will try to make it short as possible. I am a western woman now in my fifties, and about 10 years ago decided to travel overseas and work in some country if I was able to get a job. A friend who was employed in Saudi Arabia got me a job at a Hospital in that Country and I went there and settled into my new job.

While working in Saudi I managed to make friends with lots of people and some Saudi women who told me terrible stories about how they are been abused by the Saudi Muslim men. In fact I too disliked that Country mainly due to the cruelty I witnessed among Muslims. Every Friday after prayers it was horrible to see how people were executed in public.

Another thing which I witnessed was to see how women from 3rd world Countries were abused by Saudi men. These poor women usually come to Saudi to work as housemaids at Saudi homes, and the first experience they go through is getting raped by the Muslim men in those homes. Most of these innocent women don’t even make it back to their countries and families because they are forced to remain in those Saudi homes as sex slaves, and are made to convert to Islam by force. Since getting back to my own country I wrote several letters to Amnesty International and every human rights organization and highlighted the plight of these poor house maids in Saudi.

I was shocked to see how non Muslims were treated in Saudi. their only hope for better conditions was to convert to Islam and even then they were still treated badly because they were not native Saudis. The plight of the non Saudi Muslims was no different. Westerners usually working in Saudi convert to Islam mainly because then they are treated better and are even offered handsome financial payments as a reward. But the moment they leave the country they laugh and get back to their normal lives.

As a woman who lived and worked in that miserable country let me comment on the Muslim men. They are all nothing but sex starved leeches who do their best to pray on any woman. These swine think that all the non Muslim women are toys they can play with. Let me tell you an experience I went through with a Saudi idiot. This man always kept saying that he loves me and asked me why I don’t convert to Islam and marry him. So I decided to pull a trick on him and told him that I love him and like to learn about Islam and convert. He was so happy that he got me a load of koran's, Islamic literature and CD's and even recruited a woman teacher to teach me Arabic. By the way he was a Muslim leech who had 2 wives and a girl of 13 whom he had actually paid for from Bangladesh and brought to Saudi and married. I decided to teach this monkey a good lesson.

He was a very influential man and after I agreed to his demands life actually became very easy for me at my workplace. He wanted me to wear a hijab and all the other Muslims at the hospital welcomed me as a new sister in Islam. That hospital was terrible. There was a special ward to treat Muslim baby brides who after given in marriage to old Saudi men end up in this ward after the first night with the husband. It was pathetic to see and my anger towards Islam and Muslims grew even worse.

Anyway after collecting enough money to buy myself a house back in my country I decided it was time to say goodbye to miserable Saudi Arabia, and I told the man that I need to go back see my parents, tell them the good news about my conversion to Islam and love for a great Muslim man and return for our wedding in 2 weeks. He left me at the airport and wanted me to always keep the unholy koran in my hands and read it on the plane and pray to Allah.

The moment I set foot on that plane was the happiest moment of my life. When the plane took off I ordered a big shot of whisky and kept the Koran on the floor. I had to transit at Singapore and got on the plane that would take me back to my sweet home country and to the wonderful country life that I always loved. Before getting off the plane I left that Koran on my seat and when I was walking out the stewardess came running to me and said, 'madam here is the book you left behind'. I asked her 'what book?', and she said, 'its a big book and it seems to me some Muslim book'

I laughed and told her, 'well you can have it', and she said, 'I don’t read that type of stuff'. I again laughed very loudly and told her, 'ok then in that case dump it in the rubbish bin because I hate reading that miserable book as well'

We both had a big laugh and I walked away.
