Dispersion missiles are missile with hundreds of balls of Gamma radiation sources like Cobalt that blast a wide area with Gamma rays like a low level dirty omb , quite a few dispersion missiles would have to detonated in the possible aircraft flight path as Gamma ray are strong but do not travel very far, 3 feet nominally depending on enrichment level size of source etc.

But I hopeu get the idea.

Getting a missile within 3 feet of the F22 is the entire problem I suppose. If you can do that, old fashioned schrapnel will do the job just fine.
