| Why does the newer PAC 3 missile go for skin to skin kills? I was under the impression that it was easier just to go for a proximity hit, why the upgrade in technology if a proximity hit is just as good? I understand tat a skin to skin hit is a surer thing, if you can pull it off, but isn't it much harder to accomplish? |
