As my favorite science fiction hero once said, "Let them die."

3 out of 5 eyes, and South Korea, signed up.  But not Japan.

Just an FYI, DDOS attacks are often used as smokescreens to mask "legit" hacking.

China's growth unlike Japan's was built on foreign investment building new state of the art factories to take advantage of Chinese cheap labor. The fact that no Chinese world class name brand has developed in the time since Nixon and Deng Xiaoping proves just how different Chinese growth has been then Japan's. This means that China's export driven economy has no underlying support as Japan's, and the depression they now face will be much worse taking them much of the way back to where they were before western investment rebuilt them. The investors have now left China, as the risks now far outweigh the profits. And without the innovation of companies exposed to the "Feedback of Competition" China's industry and economy will stagnate and decay. It is the "Feedback of Competition" that forces continuous improvements in Quality, Service, and Price in free markets, and the Chinese don't do free markets and so they are doomed.
