China just leant Venezuela another $4 billion.
 
China has leant Venezuela over $40 billion in the last 6 years, with over $20 billion outstanding and the oil production that is supposed to pay for them continuing to drop and unrest increasing.  When the revolution comes much of the outstanding debt may get repudiated or China forced to take a "hair cut".

Peanuts. It is a small write-off price to pay to irritate the Yankees. If you are going to hit them where it hurts keep those bandits out of CANADA and Australia. They are desperate for oil and gold.
