Subject: PLAN to hold drills in West Pacific, and passing near Miyako
YelliChink    6/9/2011 12:42:56 PM
News just came out from commie news agency aka Xinhua. Japanese media reported that 11 PLAN warships have spotted passing east about 100km north of Miyako island. Since most of the northern part of Western Pacific is Japanese EEZ, they could have planned to conduct drills in the Phillipines Sea. Still need to verify which are those 11 warships.

Oh and since 862 is out, they might have subs in action as well.

Second batch of 3 ships are 524, 541 and 542, all are older type frigates.

Meanwhile, Japan's Democratic Party is talking about strengthening Japan's defense posture even as it cuts defense expenditures. Typical left-wing welfare statist maneuvering - speak loudly and carry a little stick.
