I doubt Hezbollah would get much use out of them if they were to 'procure them' from the army.
South of Lebanon isn't exactly uncontested airspace, the only kind in which these aircraft survive.
Should the IAF start identifying Hezbollah operating aircraft they'd start plucking them out of the sky pretty quick… As to the offshore stuff, last i read, all the gas platforms and Sa'ar 5's already have Barak 8 fitted, again, not a healthy environment for a helicopter.
