"Last year the Afghanistan Air Force recently the first three of six Cessna Caravan 208B transport aircraft and is to receive 26 eventually."    The use of the word "recently" makes this sentence confusing.    I am going to guess that the sentence should read  " Last year the Afghanistan Air Force received the first three of six Cessna Caravan 208B transport aircraft and is to receive 26 eventually."

The Caravan is not a STOL like the De Haviland Turbo Otter and is not
as good a bush plane but overall has better speed and range and it more convenient.

Labrador Airline has retired it's Cessna Caravan three years ago with 37,000 hours
of flying executives between Labrador and Newfoundland.

It has to be the Methuselah of single engine utility airplanes...

Air Labrador Cessna 208 Caravan enroute from Goose Bay to Postville experienced a seized brake and went off the left side of the runway upon arrival in Postville.
