| Boeing announced that the F/A-18E/Fs it is offering in its proposal for India's MMRCA procurement will have the F414 EPE engine. This is the EDE engine with a redesigned hot section giving 20% more thrust and maintaining the durability improvements over the base F414. A Super Bug with 2 x 26400 lbs thrust, not too bad.
