Definitely Yemeni, though I think the shot is for publicity purposes.  If the Rafale was shepherding the MiG-29 out of the CdG's airspace, he'd be behind the MiG. 

 

All three photos are damn nice.  I have a MiG-29 kit sitting at home that needs to be painted; that Yemeni camo does look pretty nice.

 

(And before you ask, BW, I have a Rafale too!  Nothing fancy about it, just standard camo, though since the Heller kit only comes with Magics and Micas, I hung some Harpoons under it too.)
