Using parallel computing and open source software, the PLA could be making great strides in simulator software.

AHOY, i don't play the sims, I here they have come a long way. But why isn't anyone raising hell for the ultimate home sim hardware. Why can't some one manufacturer a three and half to four foot sphere cage (that you set inside of) that sets on a two foot square drive box with wheels in the corners to drive the sphere in any direction. The cage would be for motion and orientation only a helmit with vissor would provide images. I bet some people could make them in the garage. G-day!

AHOY, what was I thinking, there's no need for my contraption. the last time any US pilot had to pull 9gs or do a roll he was just showing off at some air show. A big old electronic and hydraulics rocking chair that tilts a little to one side or another along with all the latest and greatest graphics is all that's needed. G-day!
