| I think it was a smart move. Commanche is no longer needed to fulfil reconnaissance requirements as they can be done by Kiowas and UAVs and the attack role is carried out Apache. On the other hand, I just read an article on Global Security that China is building a new attack chopper, so perhaps something to one up them might be smart - but Commanche is not realy an attack heli anyway... |
