Subject: 2nd reason why Indian helis not allowed in Pak-Kasmir

An inteligence report suggests about 3000 Kasmiri militants killed due to falling buildings & earthquakes, but the vast majority due due to major explosions & fires in their training camps- apparently their ammo exploded.

link Frankly after the destruction in Pak-Kasmir and the reconstruction expected to take a decade (make that decades if we all know Indian & Pakistani response times) I do not see anyone eager in Indian-Kasmir to join with the other side, barring visits to relatives, the cost to Pakistan is also very high - I think the geo-political effect of theis eartquake is the end of the war and LOC = Border. No further need for me to post here, the India Pak game is over- now to Iraq.
