Just wondering if anyone is heading to Pompey for either of the events? Just in case no-one knows what I'm talking about, details can be found here: link link Warships have already started gathering in the solent for the international fleet review. There's 1 RN Carrier, 1 foreign LPH type carrier, 1 "tall ship", and I spotted some kind of foreign large destroyer/cruiser entering Portsmouth Harbour yesterday morning.(I drive along the sea front on the way to work. I can't give exact ship types/names as I only get glimpses.....gotta concentrate on where I'm driving!) I won't be able to go to the IFOS, but I will be taking a wander along Southsea Common to rubberneck. Will try to get some Phot's.
