However if the deed doers  are stealing your proprietary rights and raping and pillaging nations in Africa in a neo-colonialist fashion, then calling the deed doers, PRC bandits, to specifically identify the bandits from the Chinese PEOPLE is NOT an insult to the Chinese people..The deed doers are not the Chinese PEOPLE..
