Does anyone have a complete listing of all of the Confederate Ironclads (non-Mississippi River) that were constructed and in action?

There was a book by a Thomas Sharf on the history of the Confederate navy. You might look his book up.

Richmond, Virginia: CSS Richmond, CSS Fredericksburg and CSS Virginia II in service, with the Texas completed but lacking iron and a monitor-type under construction.

Wilmington, North Carolina: CSS North Carolina sank at mooring near Smithville, CSS Raleigh grounded and broke keel near Fort Fisher, CSS Wilmington nearing completion when city surrendered, CSS Artic sunk as an obstruction near Battery Buchanan.

Inland North Carolina: CSS Albemarle sunk at Plymouth, CSS Neuse scuttled near Kinston, ironclad at Tarboro destroyed by Federal cavalry and a second larger Albemarle beginning construction at Edward's Ferry when war ended.

Charleston, South Carolina: CSS Chicora, CSS Palmetto State and CSS Charleston in service, the Columbia grounded and broke keel during trial run, two other ironclads under construction at end of war and a third, monitor-type planned.

Savannah, Georgia: CSS Georgia and CSS Savannah in service, with CSS Atlanta surrendered at Ossabaw Sound, the Milledgeville and unamed ironclad under construction at Willink and Krenson-Hawkes ship yards, respectively. Columbus, Georgia: the Jackson completed but unarmored and a monitor-type planned at the end of the war.

Mobile, Alabama: CSS Baltic, CSS Huntsville, CSS Tuscaloosa and CSS Nashville in service, with CSS Tennessee surrendered at Battle of Mobile Bay. Three ironclads under construction at Oven Bluff, a Selma side-wheeler sunk as an obstruction, floating batteries CSS Tiger, CSS Phoenix, CSS Tilghman and CSS Danube anchored at Mobile along with the Octagonal, Ironclad and Camel batteries.

New Orleans, Louisiana: CSS Manassas and CSS Louisiana in service, with Mississippi launched but unarmored, floating battery CSS Memphis completed, CSS Barrataria under conversion, two ironclads under construction at Tift yard, large ironclad building at Hughes yard, and one of four planned 150-foot ironclads under construction at Algiers.

Fort Pickering, Tennessee: Tennessee destroyed on stocks and Arkansas moved to Yazoo River. Yazoo City, Mississippi: CSS Arkansas placed into service with CSS Mobile and CSS Republic under conversion and unamed monster under construction when yard captured by the Federals.
