I sent SYSOPS an e-mail about this simple request.  We Americans have our share of flaws, but I never thought pettiness was one of them.

I must admit I am more than somewhat bemused by SYSOPS  not having a France site. Are there not sites for the US, UK, etc.? I could do the Shakesperean riff  from the Merchant of Venice but I am a lousey typist,  save me and create a Framce board.........pretty, pretty please?
