Subject: Wargames for iPad?

Can anyone recommend strategy or wargames for iPad? I'm open to suggestion - solitare, email turns, partner or MMORG.

I'm planning to get started on iPhone / iPad programming.
 
What game would you suggest for that project? Some wargame you'd be interested to try out yourself?

There is a simple but fun war game called Tactica RTS that is available from the Apple Store. It runs on iPad's and is quite a lively little game. It will remind you of those board games of days gone by, but with many of the improvements that you would expect from a computerized  game.
