Subject: Private contractors - private interest. Mercenaries?

What does the case of the saber seven say about the state of low intensity warfare in general (partially including but not limited to the WOT, think, for instance, Africa). I would claim that a situation in which a need private contractors actually brings forth a corporation like sandline, there will be more than a few niches for actual "soldiers of fortune" of any sort and background.
