give the citizens not involved with the terrorists 24 hrs. to:
1. give them up so surgical strikes can be made by special operations
2. leave the area quietly as so not to arouse the suspicion of the terrorist then kill every body left
3. if terrorist activity is known in an area and the citizens are either too scared or for some other reason won't leave the area, kill everybody.

Dip our bullets in hog blood or hog fat.

Maybe then Mohammed wouldn't be so eager to die in Jihad; he might be worried that he won't go to paradise because he was killed with something unclean.

How can you expect people to silently evacuate a population within 24 hs!

The premise is wrong. Terrorism is such because it is moraly wrong. I mean hitting civilian targets and all... you can't take it out of the ecuation. Besides if morality isn't part of the game you are not being anti-terrorist but a terrorist. So technically you aren't getting rid of terrorism, you're becoming the terrorist... so there you go. Terrorism remains.

Yep you guessed right out terrorising the terrorists is one solution assuming morality plays no part.

However since morality always plays a part none of the solutions in this thread are realistic.

According to history: Bush is doing the most effective solution at this time.
