Subject: Why can't we treat terrorists as POWs?
theBird    4/29/2007 6:46:22 PM
It worked fine before, you never had cases of Nazi's being released to go back and fight again in Germany, nor did captured Japanese officers lawyers pass information on to Tokyo. Simply require that all terrorists provide thier name, rank and Jihad Number, and hold them until there is a peace treaty signed between Al Quaida and the US, be it in ten years or ten dozen years. Seems like this would be a lot better option than the current solution?!
