Chad appears to be the new place where Islamic militants are trying to set up safe havens and training camps. The US is helping Chad 'gain control over its territory', but the country is vast. Can the terrorist infestation be stopped here before it becomes significant?

The Chad board is not working, so I guess this is the best place for the discussion.
