So what's with inviting folks from all over the commonwealth to come play in your backyard then hogging all the medals? Seriously congratulations on your rather impressive lead in the medals.

some of these countries are losing people faster than free beer...
Four more Sierra Leone athletes go missing, Posted: 24/03/2006, 11:22:11 War-ravaged Sierra Leone has now lost half its Commonwealth Games squad after another four of its athletes disappeared from the athletes' village. The African nation's team has formally notified police that two cyclists and two boxers are missing after last being seen yesterday morning, meaning 11 of their athletes and officials are now unaccounted for. A Tanzanian boxer and Bangladeshi runner have also gone missing. Sierra Leone's team attache Robert Green confirmed that some of the latest athletes to go missing had told their coach they wanted to stay in Australia. "Their coach phoned them and said: 'Hey guys, what's going on?' and they said: 'Look, we don't want to come back. We're going to try and stay in this country'," he said. Sierra Leone is one of the world's poorest and most corrupt countries and 21 of its team of 30 went missing at the last Games in Manchester four years ago. Their fate remains unknown.
