I am new to this board but was interested to know how to join a paramilitary unit and what they look for in candidates?

Much appreciated,

An 'Official'organization like unpaid State Guard volunteers (a State organization that takes over NG domestic duties upon the Guard being called to federal active duty)is just looking for someone breathing and ambulatory.
