| Obama administration is successful in closing GTMO detention facility and transfereing all detainees off island within one year per exeutive order signed 16 NOV 08.
All remaining detainees are transfered out of GTMO to any other location and all detainee operations are ceased (no new detainees transferred in) as ordered in the executive order signed by Pres Obama on 16 Nov 08. |
