| Before the end of the summer, one or more civilians will be shot dead by soldiers of the British Army while participating in protests or demonstrations within the United Kingdom.
The MoD has apparently been canvassing troops as to their willingness to open fire on fellow Britons, given government expectations of a Summer of Discontent. |
