| One or more civilians will be shot dead by uniformed officers (police/military) of an EU state other than the UK while participating in protests or demonstrations within the UK.
I think this unlikely, as the UK does not yet participate in the EUs joint police forces anti-riot exercises, but unwillingness on behalf of British police or soldiers to engage civilians may result in a request for assistance. |
