3.  Is it important to have hispanics on the court? If so why not Miguel Estrada?

 

4.  Once Anglo and Saxion were seperate races.  For the magority of American history Jewish, Irish and Italian were races.  Now they are a religion or nationalitys not races. (sammydavicejr http://www.sammydavis-jr.com/...) Hispanic like Irish will undergo deracefication.  Intermarage is just one of the engines of that process.  Is this a good or bad cultural transformation?  Will the Administrations strategy for your confirmation increase or decrease the rate at which Hispanic becomes a regional rather than a race discrition?

 

5. You are a powerful debator.  Use those skills to convince the American people that the rule of law and presedence are vital to American progress and improving the lives of individual Americans.  Don't the weak need the rule of law and ecconomic freedom much more than the rich and the strong?

The Dem party has taken a very strong interest in grooming you for this nomination.  If you don't know that you are unqualified and if you hope to conseal it you underestemate the intelegence of the American people.  Wile you were being groomed for this job were their any decisions you fudged to keep yourself nominatable?  Discribe them for us in detail.

O's Trojan to Horse ratio is disapointing some of his suporters.  Now, as I use the Trojan Horse term remember that I think Judge Roberts was also a Trojan.  To get your kind of judge onto the court a party needs to identefy them in law school and begin making political interventions for them early.  They need to preform in ways that will leave them viable as a nom from the begining.  To day people graguating from law school are selecting the quotes for their year book with a mind towards how they will look on T.V. in 30 years.  It's the state of play.  I had admiration for Roberts dicipline and can have that same admiration for O and his nom. 

 

The only important thing is the noms philosopy of goverment.  Every thing else is windo dressing.  That in fact is the O standard. Proven by his rejection of Alito and Roberts due to their precived ideology.  He didn't even need proof of the ideology.

How many people must die to make a pandemic?  Well thats the wrong question.  Not how many but where determines the verbage.  It reminds me of a historical study of old news papers on how many deaths constituted a masicure.  Masicure makes you think of organized armed men of military age killing numurious people who were not prepaired to do battle.  In the American Indian wars no number of dead indians ever rose to the level of a masicure.  In one istance the killing of one white femail by indians was termed a masicure.  It was how many but who that mattered. 

 

How many malaria deaths constitue a pandemic?  Malaria deaths never constitue a pandemic.  How many flue deaths constitue a pandemic?  If you give the flue a compelling name like "swine flue" and more people die than in most years by a noticable factor and it's a slow news day then it's a pandemic. 

 

Consiter a posible agriculture project that could save 1,000 lives a year, most of them under 15 and prevent a larger number of develemental delays and stuntings due to malnutrician.  Nice idea? No, the project will cause, we belive, between 100 and 200 cases of canser a year.  The visible symptoms woun't start apearing for 15 years and will occure mostly in people over 30.  We have fetishised cancer to the point that we will starve two children today to prevent one of them from getting cancer latter.  Better living through cemistry but never more living through cemistry.  The Population Bomb is ticking you know.

This radical remaking of our transportation system is explicetly desighned to prevent the commuter life style.  Commuters vote differently than urban dewellers.  No one in team O has thought about that.  They just want to save the polarbears.  They also haven't thought about how many fewer job choices we will have when we can't drive to work.  When we can't negotiate with employers by pitting many employers against each other we will need the goverment to step in and "protect" our wages with regulation.  They also haven't thought about how private schools and mega churches will cope with the downward immobility of a carbon restrained life style.  They might think (if they thought about such things) that people would quietly file back into public schools (who still have bussing??) and main line / religious left churches.  Look for an explosion of home churches and home schooling.  China though limeting meeting sizes to 25 people would retard religious activety.  It had the oposite effect.  Knee capping the Mega Churches by making long haul driving expencive is a back fire O can't avoid.  Sams Club sells to costumers who drive SUV's and mini van long distances to shop. It's gona brake the unions hearts to see empty parking lots there.  How do mega churches vote?
