A party to the Democratic partys nomination process files a law suit seeking to modifie or block the modification of the rules.
The rules for elections should be clear and oporational. 12 people given the same instrutions would all do the same thing with out futher instrution. Out siders can see that the actions of election officals guided by the rules and nothing else. Rule changes need to be rare and made years in advance.

Pretty concepts like "voter intent" are useless.

Deciding to block the delegates from two states was dumb. Flirting with unblocking them after unblocking the apears to be a favor to one canidate is dangerious. The Dems got cute and may pay for it.
