| Doesn't LCS require modular mission packages that will have to be purchased in addition to the $250M construction price to give the ship a single mission-specific capability? Also, didn't the utility of the Danish Navy's STANFLEX ships suffer because while their government was willing to build the ships, itskimped on the mission packages? Without the follow through on the missions packages the LCS could become a false economy. |
