Is there any concern in russia that this might actually take place or is no threat at all.Are the younger guys enlisting in the forces,or is the army kind of in a standstill.

No, there is no one who actually believes in Chinese threat. Think about it - Chinese are peaceful, non-agressive people with ancient traditions and rich culture. Their Government wouldnt risk to war against major power, now in the middle of economic rise. Most real threat of war was in 1960s (Damansky Island conflict) and in 1979 (during Chinese-Vietnamese conflict). But... There is a modern joke (it was popular in 1990s, when our Army was really weak): - In 2010, BBC Radio reports - "There is no tensions on Finnish-Chinese Border" ;-)

They can be deported back (if such order will be given). It will be just large-scale police operation. MVD (Ministry of Internal Affairs) has enough forces to do this. The truth is, such operation could lead to political crisis (and, may be, even to conflict with China).

that sounds like a crises already, if the men turn out to be chinese soldiers, that could be the beginning of a invasion. From a strategy point this is free way in and with there population promblem this seems possible, but i am looking at this from a conspiresy theory or view. the russian goverment probably does backround checks or something.

I read an article that there are 3.3 million Chinese immigrants in Russia now - most of them in the far east. If they reach a majority of the population, they can claim 'self-determination' and seek to separate from Russia to join China. I think Russia has a problem on its hands in the future and it is underestimating it enormously. If I were Russian I would strongly advocate strenghtening border controls/patrols on the Chinese border by several orders of magnitude and deporting all illegal immigrants. If you do not, you may come to regrett it in the future.

Don't overlook the obvious. Maybe the reason why 3.5 million Chinese have left China is that they DON'T LIKE China and DON'T WANT to be there.

"Don't overlook the obvious. Maybe the reason why 3.5 million Chinese have left China is that they DON'T LIKE China and DON'T WANT to be there." Huh? How many Chinese expatriates have you met that do not like China? Personally, I have met zero! Most do not leave because they 'don't like China', most leave in order to earn a better standard of living elsewhere. There is nothing wrong with that in principle, but the Russian far east only has about 6 million Russians, whose numbers are quickly falling and already 3 million Chinese, whose numbers are fast increasing. Couple that with the fact that many Chinese view the Russian Far East as traditionally Chinese and the fact that the region is contiguous to Chine and Russia is in for MAJOR trouble in the future. I think Russia is making a big mistake by allowing those immigrants to enter. And no, I am not Russian, so this does not impact me directly, I am merely analysing it from an outsider standpoint.
