Sprut-SD Self-Propelled Anti-Tank Gun - its a light tank even though they call it a SPAT system.  It does sport the 125 mm smoothbore gun but its on a light frame similar to the classic BMP design.  Note it appeared between the BMP-3 and the heavy T-80 (or was that T-90?) tanks in the parade.
