Subject: Petrograd dockyard locations

I'm writing a short story featuring fictional special operations in the St. Petersburg dockyards, but unfortunately I am not certain which part of the city the piers and associated warehouses would actually be located in. While I can just make it up if I have to, if anybody knows which part(s) of Petrograd actually have these it would add a bit of authenticity to my story. I do have a map of the city, so if somebody can tell me what areas of the city feature shipping facilities I would appreciate it greatly. Any other details would also be appreciated.
