A Russian clone sub of vintage design but tats the beginning of India's triad of nuclear deterrence. Incidently Indian Navy has contract with USN DSRV for rescue. Good Idea. Chinese, Russian, and India nukesubs do fill me fear as I wonder if an accident would further ruin some precious scuba resort. More than arms control nuclear free sea lanes are imperative.
