Subject: Presidents Bush and Clinton in dialogue with Danish Prime Minister
Thomas    5/20/2005 10:10:26 AM
Clinton just left Denmark after promoting his book and having talks with the government and the opposition. Danish Prime Minister is going to Whashington to have his annual breakfast with George (that's what we call him over here). Wonder what they might be talking about.

Unless "George" has some sort of negative slang meaning, or phonetically it sounds like a Danish swear word, our President should be shocked and grateful. Breakfast with George is probably pretty bland and low calorie compared to breakfast with Bill. Clinton and Helmut Kohl used to ride around Washington in the Presidential limo with a box of pastries on the seat between them.

About George: Well it's like the the elephant and mouse crossing the bridge and the mouse said: "What a racket WE make!" The familiarity of the tone is to indicate the good relationship between our countries. Some people around here have inferred that if the UK is the lap-dog of the USA, Denmark must be the lab-rat!
