NYMAS lecture, Feb 1st, "The G... On Friday, Feb 1st, NYMAS will host Prof. Richard L. DiNardo, of the Marine Corps University, who will speak on "The Gorlice-Tarnow Offensive, May 1915," the Austro-German operation that inflicted a devastating tactical and strategic defeat on Russia in the Carpathians. NYMAS Talks are free to the public. They are held at the CUNY Graduate Center, Fifth Avenues at 34th Street, in Manhattan. Talks begin at 7:00 pm and last about two hours.
