NYMAS Lecture, Dec 21 -- "Al-Qaeda''s Doctrine for Insurgency Warfare"
On Friday, Dec 21st, NYMAS will host Norman Cigar, of the U.S. Marine Corps University, who will speak on "Al-Qaeda''s Doctrine for Insurgency Warfare."

NYMAS talks are free to the public. They are held at the CUNY Graduate Center, Fifth Avenue between 34th Street ands 35th.

Talks begin at 7:00 and last about two hours.
