On Friday evening, March 16th, author & historian Al Nofi will speak on “Naval Experimentation the Old Fashioned Way: The US Navy Fleet Problems, 1923-1940,” the free maneuvers between the world wars, that built the the world's greatest navy, and lessons that could be learned from them.
NYMAS talks are free to the public. They are held at the CUNY Graduate Center, 34th Street and Fifth Avenue, in the former B. Altman building, diagonally across from the Empire State.
