| Feb 17th NYMAS Lecture: "Clear, Hold, Build: Counterterrorist Strategies and Civil Affairs Tactics in Operation Iraqi Freedom."
On Friday, February 17th, from 7:00-9:00 p.m., Joseph Skelly, of the College of Mt. St. Vincent, an Army reservist recently back from Iraq, will give a lecture on counter-insurgency and civil affairs operations.
NYMAS talks, which are free to the public, are held at the CUNY Graduate Center, on Fifth Avenue at 34th St.
