FYI - Just a hint - if you web browser does not post LINKs correctly in SP - try putting quotes around the URL. That way we all can get to it with a cut/paste. My Microsquish IE seems to do okay when I post the URL on the first line with no quotes. After that I have found my simple HTML skills allows one to insert links in the follow on postings.
