Also known as "The Stick", "The Eight Stick" or "Eight Super".   This charge will seriously mess you up with the blast overpressure if you are in the wrong place at teh wrong time.

How much greater is the eplosive concussion at the other end? 

No different.  The explosive in the projectile is the same.  About 14 kilograms of composition B explosive.
