Subject: Nasty Rumors?

How many nasty rumors could we spread. One I thought of is to get the word about that we had suborned Al queda and it's leaders were working for us-that we had made it into "America's Trust". I doubt we are really clever enough to do such a thing, but what if the enemy believes it? They are so paranoid it just might work.
