While the PRC produce largely pieces of AtoAjunk (poor QC and incompetent radar missile match) , they do work better than the French MICA-especially their copies of ASPIDE which are fairly dangerous.
And there is always the latest version of SPARROW, which is still a very dangerous AtoA missile-especially in its ASPIDE version-which is almost a universal SARH missile as long as the receiver can be tuned to the illuminator radar..
The US won't sell or allow them to be sold AMRAAM (one of the reasons a deal to sell them the SHAR2's fell through)
Fairly stupid decision. The PRCs already have copied AMRAAM C.
