Would Israel actively take part in a Greek/Turkish war?

Why? It has enough enemies as it is. Why take on NATO, rather than joining it as an observer?

Maybe as a third party both Greece and Turkey can trust in brokering a peace deal.

Sounds somewhat weird though!

Yes, dificult perhaps but worth doing and not impossible. See my thread under Turkey  "Aegean Oil..."
Anyway...greater possibiliy of that happening than peace in the middle east, but people are still trying.

Could see the irony of Israel through diplomatic action imposing a non-working peace process on Greece and Turkey, which is also taking part in a war.

We have all strayed from the original question which was would Israel take part in a Greek/Turkish war?

Would the Turks or the Greeks take part in a Turkish/Greek war ? I don't think so. But Israel will sell arms and ammo to the highest bidder. Or any bidder. Israeli defense industries are selling equipment to Greeks and Turks anyway. Maybe the agreement is to stop selling ammo to the other side.
