Three motions for vote of no confidence in the government were held in the opening day of the knesset's summer session. Avigdor and his party supported the government on all three. His votes do the talking!!!!
Whaddaya know Ezekiel? Avigdog has barely spoken a word since he joined the coalition. At least not in Hebrew.
He's Russian, Ezekiel, Rrrraaaah-ssian!

Lieberman may  take a stand.....finally.

far from the messianic extremist painted in the pop mob, Lieberman has remained loyal to the post nationalist olmert government. Now the question will be does he exert any influence with olmert or not, will the government fight Hamastan or will lieberman finally take a stand any leave the coalition.

To even sit in such a contemptible government that exhibits the height of ideological corruption should make one in the very least question Lieberman's supposed uber national profile.

Tell me please of what ultra nationalist that many people labeled Lieberman in this thread discussed ways of partitioning their national capital. I know that he has done some backsliding since he made his remarks on Jerusalem, but the point is made clear for everyone.... No ultra nationalist would ever, ever, ever entertain thoughts let alone comments of such a nature.

Lieberman may have some rightward leanings, but he ain't ultra anything, he is in the mold of a sharon type politician. He espouses the right to garner a base and switches ideologyical stands when it suits him. He is a politician that has no principles but only temporary stances. This brings us to the basic point then whenever there is even the remotest chance of right leaning candidate in israel from gaining power, he is immediately cast as "ultra nationalist" or "messianic" and my favorite"the fringe". Lieberman once again proves that there is no real political conservatives in Israel, just those who take rightist positions on some things and decidely and conveniently not on other. Case in point, Lieberman discussion in handing over neighborhoods in Jerusalem to the PA, he retracted not b/c he doesn't want to implement this but b/c he remembers he actually has to deal with voters at some point.
