Subject: Murder rate drops below South Africa?

Considering what's been going on in South Africa over the past decade- the economic collapse, the miserable decline in the quality of life, growing violence, and a whacko leader who thinks AIDS is a Western plot, it's obvious the whole thing is a quagmire and should be returned to its previous apartheid, right? Right? After all, that's the liberal position on Iraq, why should South Africa merit a different standard?
