Subject: USA vs EU

This is the mood in the Fighters forums so I thought I would just declare war here instead. C'mon all you armchair generals, who wins this fight?

Try saying that with my shotgun in your mouth. Taste my pain B****! Seriously though, you've obviously never been to europe. Think of where the US army's machine-gun (M249), rifle (XM8), Sub-machinegun (MP5), pistol (M9) and the USMC's shotgun (binelli) were designed. As a matter of fact, we have loads of guns. We just are a apalled at the USA's gun murder rate (10,000 or so a year?). Gun control for americans!

for the record, i said I dont like the "E.U", not Europe. I like Europe... for the most part... if we could cut out that vast wasteland next to Spain, no, not Portugal, the other one... then i'd love it ;) Anywho, i'm not sure where in Europe you're from Mr. IsoT, but i'm sure it's a lovely place :) and i'm glad you enjoy our tea. and no, your bloody well keeping Sweeden!!! :P B.L

Have you ever played Rugby? Now , and I'll show my age, Ronnie Lott might crush a few rugby players. Just as he did recievers. Having played a little of both games, I would much rather strap on the old sholder pads and helmet any day. US vs EU In the end the US could win. Not trying to be the ugly american, just stating fact. I mean how many nukes does europe have? How many does the US have? Europe could take out some of our cities. Maybe a good time to move to the weat coast. In the end what would we get? A devistated mass of land with no infastructure, mass contamination and starving population. Plus the same in many of our cities. No one wins Without nukes. We may be able to force an amphibous landing. I'm assuming that there are no US troops stationed in europe. But we couldn't sustain the effort. The troops in europe would soon surrender, having been cut off from any reinforcment. No power, food, dependents defacto hostages. I cannot see europe being able to force a landing in the US. But even if they did where would the sustainmnet come from. So we wouldn't really win.

Everytime the US "footballers" took the Rugbymen on for a match demonstration , they did not last the reglementary 90 minutes . The NZ All Blacks , English Team of the French 15 can eat a US "footballers" Team for breakfast and go back to their training before lunch time . Even in the US where Rugby is played , both people do not mix as "Footballers" get hurts . You wanna play the "tackle" game ? Try Rugby League . But go the gym first .... Cheers .

Both the XM-8, the G-36, the SA-80, and an Italian and a Spanish weapon that I can't remember the name of now are all highly derivative of Eugene Stoners AR-18. The XM-8 has got a little bit of AK-47/74 thrown in.

Because in the fighter forums all the Euros insist that their aircraft are superior to US Fighters and rant about the FEW tmes out of many Training scenarios they have won. Also the tendancy to discount U.S. Combat record with statements like "Oh anybody can beat Iraqis." or "You never fought a western opponent". So I said f'it if people want to claim they side is better lets have a US vs EU thread and INTELLIGENTLY debate who would prevail in a hypothetical war. Those who say no one would win are just plain wrong. Many Generals on both sides would tell you they could wn such a scenario. Hitler certainly did. So its not inconcievable. In fact America has a warplan for this very scenario. Im sure there are similar warplans in Paris, Berlin, London, ect. So lets not discount this. Lets us our collective knowledge to see this through. BTW- I never say any derogatory words to Europeans. Only that I could beat you in war if I were Commander of U.S. forces. This is not an insult. It is an honor that I concider you a worthy opponent. All my post are reasonable plans for your destruction. If you disagree, counter attack. But be man or women enough to concede if I have a valid plan. I would do the same. And by no means get offended because its just words. Cheers --God I hate saying that...lol

Who does love EU really?!?!? I'm from Finnish Lappland and "EU"s well should we say some our more southern do gooders dont wihs that forest can be cut. After they have on their ow course cut their own. Now they feel that there should be a nature reservation and we are it. Heck natura 2000 areas are so thick here that some villages here are now 80% protected.Same with hunting wolves, bear, lynx. There enough of them here. They kill her animals, why cannot they be eredictated. Why do we want to protect them for germans and italians who newer come to see them?!?! 8) But the same for the record. sh*t I teach english for living (among other things). And swedes are OK really too. 8)

I believe that when fighting a millitery power with the streangth og the USA the EU would crack. Do you think that France would send its troops to Spain and leave it's home land wide open? It is possible that the USA might pick up a few allies for this war (the EU may as well). How would Russia feel about all this; how about China, ext. The USA might also get support from some in the EU. Germany might be inclined to help the USA in exchange for France (and not being invaided). England might side with the USA as well. Italy might try to stay nutral. These factors would obviusly change the out come.
