You are forgetting the US 106th Inf Div disintegrating in the Ardennes...but again Green troops and inadequately led. The surviving uncaptured 106th Div troops joined other units and acquited themselves well after their initial bloodletting.

 

Back to the thread..All the Spanish have to do is capture a few Italians and hold them for ransom..The Italians will pay. This way the Spanish can decrease the amount of money available to the Italian Military while increasing their budget.
